Saina Nehwal started playing badminton at the age of 8. But the expenses were too much for her parents to bear. It was at this time she started winning and sponsors started taking interest in her, and things gradually took a turn.

Saina had suffered numerous injuries being a sportsperson but that didn’t stop her and make her disheartened. She won many awards and Trophies in her badminton career. And now she is working on building her academy to help all those who are passionate about badminton.
